Oily Dandruff

Dandruff is the result of the excessive flaking of the scalp, and somebody regards it as the minimal clinical expression of seborrheic dermatitis.
Oily dandruff is an excess of sebum in the hair and comes in large scales that remain adherent to the scalp, which is often subject to redness and irritation. In these cases it is helpful to use a sebum-normalizing shampoo that, owing to the combined presence of molecules with anti-androgen action, regulates sebaceous secretions and helps to prevent the hair loss that oily dandruff could cause.
